  I had only one experience with them but I wasn't happy. My basic oil change cost $100. The very next day, my sister took her car to Midas and her oil change was $55. They used the exact same oil. Same service except Clair Downey checked my wiper fluid! I had also asked them to replace the right brake light as it was no longer working. They only charged me $3.73 for the bulb. But as I was driving off the lot after the oil change, my right blinker all of a sudden was flashing at triple speed. I knew that was odd since it hadn't done it before. As I was driving down the highway and changing lanes, my dash lit up to say the right blinker light wasn't working. There's no way that was a coincidence! I brought the car back and they said the bulb had burned out and that, yes, it was a coincidence. He charged me $9 for the bulb! I think good PR would have been to at least absorb the cost.

  Last year I came in to have a lower ball joint and heater core done. 8 month later I find out from another shop that my upper ball joint was damage during removal to replace lower ball joint. 1.5 years after repair my heater core goes again 1000$ for first repair that I now how to pay again. There excuse "the problem is how part are made these days". So my experience with them was terrible and has ended up cost me double the price of original repairs.
